Gallup Survey Results

The results are in!

Thank you to all who participated on our Gallup Survey that we ran before the summer holiday. The results are in and have highlighted the need for us, as a parish, to make changes.

There is a clear need to provide opportunities for parishioners to engage more fully with their faith within the parish. Running parallel to this need for opportunities is the need to raise expectations as to what an ‘engaged parishioner’ is, and what is expected of them.

We have a leadership team that Fr Kim has been working with and they have started to implement these changes.

Amongst other things, these include

• a new website that more clearly sets out our vision, our philosophy along with the offers for faith engagement and expectations of parishioners.

• a powerful database running in the background that will facilitate engagement.

• Launching GIFT as a means for whole families to engage more fully with their faith.

• Implementing a Welcome Team.
